We are Peter & Caroline. \u00a0In the summer of 2015 we decided we want to change our lives by moving abroad a wish for a long time.\"\"We decided to start a Bed &Breakfast.
\nSo we sold our bakery cafe, “CoffeeYou” and\u00a0in spring 2016 we started searching for our future B&B.<\/p>\n

We traveled, visiting real estate agents, asking locals and searched the internet. Dozens of opportunities came and went by. Until mid June when we found a hidden \u201cgem\u201d \u00a0in Messinia, Greece for sale. \u00a0Since 2017 we own four – meanwhile completely renovated studios – set in a lush garden combined with an olive grove, a small house and space for a vegetable garden. Set between olive groves and vineyards our little paradise is just a short walk away from the beach with some tavernas and 2 small villages on walking distance. It’s here were\u00a0we live a drama-free and stressles life. We started our Guesthouse to share our little paradise with our guests and to let them experience the same and return home relaxed after their stay @ Ilios kai Thalassa !<\/p>\n
